of three patents dismissed with prejudice. Last patent held
to violate the "on sale" bar provision of the Patent

aircraft engines. Tried two bench trials. Successful reversal
of all issues appealed to the Federal Circuit. Opposing counterclaims
dismissed with prejudice. |
